Answers within two business days. Send me vendor quotes, architecture questions, model choices, build-or-buy calls. Email or Slack, whatever you use.
Help with vendors and contracts. What to push back on, how to word the renewal, and what a fair price looks like.
A short monthly note. I skip the news and tell you what actually affects your setup, and what I would do about it.

The retainer sets aside up to 3 hours of my time each month. I take at most 5 retainer clients, so you always get real attention.

Context. If we haven't worked together before, we usually start with a Findings Sprint or Cost Audit so I learn your setup. If we have, we skip this step.
Go. Your first review call happens within a week. Cancel whenever it stops being useful.

The retainer buys my judgment and my availability. It does not buy labor. Builds, new audits, and hands-on implementation are priced separately, so the price you agreed to stays the price.
