FAQ

What can we actually cover in 55 minutes?

One real question, or one setup, in depth — an architecture call, a model or vendor decision, a spend problem, an adoption plan for your team. It's deliberately not a survey of everything. If the scope turns out to be bigger — multiple workloads, teams, or stakeholders — I'll tell you on the call and we can scope it properly instead of pretending an hour covered it.

Will I really get value in 55 minutes?

Yes — because I read everything you send before we start, so the 55 minutes are decisions, not discovery. And if I can't help in the first 5 minutes, I'll say so and refund the call.

Are you trying to sell me a particular tool or vendor?

No. I don't take vendor referral fees and I have no quota to hit. The advice is whatever fits your situation — including "you don't need this."

Can you train my team instead?

Yes, that's a separate thing — this call is 1-on-1. If you're after hands-on training for a group, start with training or just ask me on the call. Plenty of people book this first to work out what their team actually needs to learn.

What should I send before the call?

Whatever's relevant — an architecture diagram, a bill or usage breakdown, your current stack, a project link, or just a clearly written version of the question. More context up front means sharper answers in 55 minutes.

Reschedule or cancel?

Free, up to 24 hours before the call.
